A board-certified orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Timothy P. Schweitzer serves as a physician at Northwest Permanente, P.C., in Portland, Oregon, a position he has held for the past seven years. In his practice, he manages conditions of the hand and upper extremity.

Dr. Timothy Schweitzer attended the University of Oklahoma, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in zoology, graduating with special distinction. He went on to receive his medical degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. After a residency in orthopaedic surgery, Dr. Schweitzer completed a fellowship in hand, upper extremity, and microsurgery at The Hand Center of San Antonio and The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. As an orthopaedic surgeon, he maintains membership in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the Western Orthopaedic Association.
